This Privacy Policy explains the Big Box Games when you use the Big Box Games's websites, games, mobile applications and other online products and services that incorporate this Policy (collectively "Our Services"), or when you otherwise interact with Big Box Games , how Big Box Games collects, uses and discloses information about you. 1. Information we collect when you use our Games

You consent to us collecting the following information, including both Personal Information and non-Personal Information:

· Information We Collect About You. When you use our Applications, we may collect and store information from you directly. For example, when you register with us, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, username, nicknames and passwords, and social networking and open market usernames and information, including profile pictures, images. Once registered, you may also have the option of completing a user profile.

When you contact us, we also collect certain Personal Information in order to be able to respond to you.

· Your Contacts. We offer you the ability to locate, invite, and play games with your contacts. To do so, ENPV1 may request access to your address book or social networking accounts. We will ask you for your permission before we access and store your contacts.

· Your Device Information. When you use our Applications on your mobile devices, such as a phone or tablet, we may collect information regarding your devices, including your mobile unique device identifiers and Internet Protocol (IP) address. We may also collect the name you have designated for your device, the device type, the name of your mobile network and mobile provider, and the country from which you connect.

· Your Location. In order to allow you to use the location-based matching feature available in some of our Applications, we may track your location.

· Technical and Usage Information. When you use our Applications, we collect technical and usage information such as your browser type, browser language, referring and exit URLs, platform type, interactions with other users, and usage statistics with the Applications, such as connection times and download records. · Download and payment information: We collect information on what games you download and payments you make to us.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal and non-personal information, both individually and in aggregate, in the following ways:

To operate our business and to enhance and personalize your game experience, including to:

Operate, improve, and develop our games and services;

Populate online leaderboards and enable online challenges;

Help you find your friends or tell your friends about a product;

Facilitate sharing on social networks;

Serve and measure the effectiveness of advertising;

Measure the health of our services;

Provide game experiences customized to your preferences;

Facilitate your gameplay on multiple devices, when available;

Manage and send you confirmations and important information about your products.

To personalize our communications with you, including to:

Present offers or information relating to games you might like;

Personalize advertising for you and deliver targeted marketing, service updates and promotional offers.

We uses analytics services to understand how users engage with our products. Our analysis relies on your consistent device identifier, or identifier for vendor (IDFV) on Apple devices, so that we can track your behavior over time and develop an understanding of how you prefer to interact with our products. If you have more than one our product installed on your device, those products may share the same identifier value. This enables us to develop an understanding of how you engage with all of our products you have installed. The identifier value is provided to us through the operating system on your device. In the course of processing your data, we may do any of the following:

Analyze your behavior in our products over time;

Analyze your behavior in aggregate;

Combine your information with the information of other players to create anonymized aggregate reports that allow us to understand large-scale behavior trends;

Analyze your information to understand how well our products perform on your device or to investigate bugs, crashes, and other technical issues;

Combine your information with the information of other players to create customer segments based on behavior in our products or location-based behavior;

Use analysis of your behavior in our products to provide you with customized gameplay experiences;

Use your device identifier to enroll you in an A/B test. An A/B test is a type of simple behavioral experiment wherein groups of users are provided with slightly different experiences in our products so that we can research and analyze which of the experiences is the most compelling to users of our products; and

Analyze your behavior in the context of an A/B test.

European Economic Area (EEA) Only:

Per requirements under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we log your consent state for compliance purposes. This information is stored on servers hosted in the EU and is used solely for GDPR compliance. Your device identifier is stored along with your consent status. If you consent to personalized advertising, your device advertising identifier also is stored in case we need to be able to access it to assist you with data portability or erasure requests. Your device advertising identifier is not stored in our consent logging database if you do not consent to personalized advertising.

3. Third party account data

The personal information we collect when you login via a Third Party Account may depend on your privacy settings for that Third Party Account.

We don’t control how such third parties collect, use and share your personal information. You should review the relevant third party privacy policy for more information.

- Age: For age verification purposes, we may collect date of birth from users before we permit them to use the Services.

- Purchases: If you make a purchase within the Services through the relevant store, we may collect and maintain your purchase history and details however, we do not receive your credit card number.

- Customer Service: We may collect emails, chat records, attachments and customer opinions for customer consultation, handling complaints and other business, delivering announcements, and performing customer support tasks.

- Other Automatically Collected Info:

Device Identifiers. We may collect IP information, unique device identifier, device ID, advertising ID, application ID or other identifiers

The following information may be collected while you use the Services:

- Activity and usage records, game scores, credits, access logs, improper usage record and fraud detection information, device information (model, service provider information, OS information, language and country information,),

- Precise geo-location data (GPS, with your consent)

Domain name, browser type and operating system device type and other statistical or technical information related to your device or the version of our Services that you are using.

4. Child

Depending on where you live, you must be over a certain age to play our games and use our services. See below for a full list of age restrictions by country. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, or serve interest-based advertising to, anyone under the age described below or California residents under the age of 16, or knowingly knowingly allow such persons to use our services. If you believe that any information we have may be from or about a child under the age stated below, please contact us.

5. Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service.

Note that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we will retain your data as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
